DESPATCH

Most items will be identified as in stock. However this is not always the case. If an item is in stock and we are able to despatch that day we will always do our best.
For ‘non-stock items’ we try and get all of our orders out 3-5 days from receipt of order.

DELIVERY

We use Interlink for all our deliveries which we think is the most cost effective carrier, we keep our delivery charges to a minimum. All goods will be sent via Interlink on an overnight carrier before 3.00pm. For most parts of the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland please email us for a quotation.

On Day 1 Orders are processed on day of order, Customers receive an auto - generated confirmation of their order. We try and dispatch orders if items are in stock and confirmation is received before 1pm

On Day 2 if orders are in stock or have be manufactured then they are packed and despatched at 4.30pm by Interlink Express.

On Day 3, Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days and will arrive before 3pm unless otherwise agreed to pay for a earlier delivery time.

RETURNS

Please note we do not accept returns as all our products are made to order, We only accept returns if products are damaged. i.e. broken pockets etc. If returning broken products we will either replace the order or credit your account in full.
